Our on-boarding is a phased 30-60-90 day process designed for a seamless transition. The first 30 days are dedicated to building a strong foundation where we focus on people—your team and the operational support needed—to ensure a smooth integration without impacting patient care.

White-Glove IT Support

Our IT department provides white-glove, 1-on-1 support to manage all technology transitions and changes, ensuring a secure and seamless process for your practice.

System Access & Credentials

You will receive credentials for accessing our support systems, communication channels, and any relevant software platforms as they are rolled out.

AP & Financial Management

Your financial processes will begin transitioning to our systems. This includes support for billing, claims submission, collections audits, doctor commission calculations, and patient refunds. All payables will be moved to our centralized system to ensure timeliness and transparency.

HR & Payroll

We will manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll disbursements, benefits coordination, and compliance with labor laws. You’ll receive support from a dedicated HR advisor.

Operational Support

Daily operational workflows such as scheduling, call tracking, and system performance monitoring will be streamlined. We help eliminate bottlenecks and improve service response times.

Marketing Strategy

Our marketing team will coordinate local campaigns, digital outreach, reputation management, and performance metrics across your organization’s locations.

Procurement & Vendors

All vendor contracts, equipment orders, and service relationships will be reviewed and centralized. We ensure your offices get the best pricing and timely fulfillment.
